Shipping Policy/Shipping Times:
We ship within 1-2 business days of when you place your order and if you can order it on the web site its available immediately. We do not back order. We ship from the West Coast and maximum shipping time is 5 business days, not including the first day. Wagons are shipped by Fed Ex in almost all cases and accessories and parts may be shipped by USPS. On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if there is a delay in shipping. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska will ship by USPS Parcel Select and can take 10-14 days or longer (we may use signature required). Any delay caused by the shipper is something we do not have control of and a item cant be canceled or returned because of it. At this time, The Wagon Store ships merchandise to locations within the United States only. The Wagon Store reserves the right to ship signature required when it deems necessary. If a order is returned to The Wagon Store due to customer not signing or being available to sign or not attempting to work with the shipper the customer will be charged the actual shipping amount plus a 20% restocking fee once the order has been returned to The Wagon Store. Any wagon returned must be returned in original box with any and all original packaging to receive full credit. A re-stocking fee will apply if wagon is not return correctly.
Standard Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from TheWagonStore.com, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and products purchased with a free shipping or flat rate offer will be credited less our original shipping cost. All items being returned must be in new condition, never assembled, used or played with.
Customers are responsible for notifying The Wagon Store within 3 days after receipt of order for a freight claim to be made. We can not accept a freight claim after this time.
RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization
A return authorization number is required for all returns. Returns will not be accepted without proper return authorization from our Returns Department. Please contact us and we will promptly assist you.
All products have a 1 year limited warranty. Warranty covers against any defects. The Wagon Store may repair or replace or repair or replace the necessary part at its discretion and return wagon to customer. In the event a wagon is needed to be returned the wagon must be shipped back in its original box and The Wagon Store does not offer to ship replacement box for the return. Broken wagons within the 1 year time period do not always fall under a replacement option and each claim will be handle separately. Any replacement on the part of The Wagon Store will not include shipping charges which will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the event that a TheWagonStore.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, TheWagonStore.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
